Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ⅓ cup shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, separated into leaves
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and carrots in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly.
- Add coleslaw; cook 3 minutes or until it begins to wilt.
- Stir together soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder; pour over vegetables. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves.
