Slow-Cooker Grillades

Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, cut into 6-inch pieces
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- ½ onion, diced
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer to a 3½- to 4-quart slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning to cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over Cheesy Cauli-Grits.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower florets
- ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
- Process cauliflower, cheese, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Place in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until thoroughly heated.
