Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg angel hair pasta
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (24-oz) jar arrabbiata sauce
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook onion, garlic, and red pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add arrabbiata sauce and wine; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; add to skillet, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over pasta, and sprinkle with cheese.
