Tex-Mex Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baked tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 (15.25-oz) cans low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (11-oz) can no-salt-added whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup reduced-fat Catalina dressing
Instructions
- Layer tortilla chips, lettuces, beans, corn, cheese, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl. Serve with dressing.
