Tuna and White Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch ready penne pasta
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 (5-oz) cans wild-caught tuna in water, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Instructions
- Microwave pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add tuna, beans, tomatoes, and celery to pasta. Pour dressing over pasta, and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
