Tuna and White Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pouch ready penne pasta
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 3 (5-oz) cans wild-caught tuna in water, drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Microwave pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add tuna, beans, tomatoes, and celery to pasta. Pour dressing over pasta, and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
