Cheesy Chicken Tostadas
Ingredients
- 1 (12.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
- 1 (4.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 cup refrigerated mild white cheese dip
- 6 Tbsp guacamole
- 6 (0.63-oz) tostada shells
- ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese
Instructions
- Chop chicken. Combine chicken, cumin, and chili powder in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Toss with lime juice.
- Heat cheese dip according to package directions. Spread guacamole over tostada shells; top with chicken. Drizzle with cheese dip, and sprinkle with cotija.
