Cheesy Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 1 (12.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
  • 1½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup refrigerated mild white cheese dip
  • 6 Tbsp guacamole
  • 6 (0.63-oz) tostada shells
  • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken. Combine chicken, cumin, and chili powder in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Toss with lime juice.
  2. Heat cheese dip according to package directions. Spread guacamole over tostada shells; top with chicken. Drizzle with cheese dip, and sprinkle with cotija.
