Chicken Burrito Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg microwavable brown rice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 (12.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
- 1 (4.5-oz) can chunk chicken, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- 2 avocados, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions. Combine rice, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Divide lettuce among 6 bowls; top with rice, all of chicken, cheese, salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
