Lattice-Top Hot Dog Pizza

Clock

Ingredients

  • 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 (8-count) pkg bun-length hot dogs
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 16- x 12-inch rectangle. Cut dough in half lengthwise.
  2. Place 1 dough rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet; brush with mustard.
  3. Cut remaining dough lengthwise into 1-inch-thick strips.
  4. Arrange hot dogs about 1 inch apart over mustard. Weave dough strips over and under hot dogs to create a lattice top (or checkerboard pattern). Trim any excess dough to make an even rectangle. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cut into squares; serve with ketchup and mustard.
