Chicken Finger Hoagies
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 6 hoagie rolls, split
- 1½ lb frozen breaded chicken tenders
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, heated
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush butter on cut sides of rolls on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Bake chicken tenders according to package directions. Cool slightly. Cut up or tear chicken into bite-size pieces. Spread marinara sauce all over rolls; fill rolls with cut-up chicken, and top with cheese.
- Bake 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
