Sweet Dijon Steak Bites

Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb flank steak
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pound steak with the heel of your hand to tenderize it. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Worcestershire. Place on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
  2. Grill 6 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  3. Stir together mustard and remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Let steak stand 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Cut slices into bite-size pieces.
  5. Drizzle mustard mixture over steak. Serve with decorative picks, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries (or use sweet potato puffs)
  • Ketchup

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake desired amount of sweet potato fries according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
