Sweet Dijon Steak Bites
Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- ¾ lb flank steak
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pound steak with the heel of your hand to tenderize it. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Worcestershire. Place on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
- Grill 6 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Stir together mustard and remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Let steak stand 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Cut slices into bite-size pieces.
- Drizzle mustard mixture over steak. Serve with decorative picks, if desired.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries (or use sweet potato puffs)
- Ketchup

- Bake desired amount of sweet potato fries according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
