Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (see Note)
  • ¾ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 6 naan
  • 1½ cups crumbled goat cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Toss together chicken and pesto in a bowl.
  2. Place naan on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with chicken mixture and cheeses. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Top with arugula.
