Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook crumbles and garlic in a large nonstick skillet 8 minutes.
  2. Combine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve crumbles mixture over Sesame Broccoli Rice recipe; top with cucumber, carrots, and green onions; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

  •  2 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
