Buffalo Turkey Burgers
Sour Cream Cucumbers
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground turkey (or use ground beef)
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Gently mix together turkey, garlic salt, garlic, onion, and celery using your hands. Shape into 2 patties.
- Cook burgers in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side. Remove burgers from skillet.
- Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add wing sauce to skillet. Return burgers to skillet, and turn to coat.
- Combine Ranch dressing and cheese crumbles.
- Serve burgers on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with blue cheese sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1½ Tbsp sour cream
- ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine cucumber, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
