Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together beef, panko, onion, cheese, egg, salt, and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes; drain.
- Combine meatballs and pasta sauce in a large skillet; cook over medium heat until sauce is thoroughly heated.
- Spoon mixture into sub rolls on a baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese.
- Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil sandwiches until cheese is melted, if desired.

- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 apples, sliced
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 1 (6.25-oz) pkg baked potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Stir together sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves and mixture becomes creamy.
- Serve assorted fruit with dip. Serve chips on each plate.
