Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together beef, panko, onion, cheese, egg, salt, and Italian seasoning until combined.
  2. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 minutes; drain.
  4. Combine meatballs and pasta sauce in a large skillet; cook over medium heat until sauce is thoroughly heated.
  5. Spoon mixture into sub rolls on a baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil sandwiches until cheese is melted, if desired.

  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 apples, sliced
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 1 (6.25-oz) pkg baked potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Stir together sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves and mixture becomes creamy.
  2. Serve assorted fruit with dip. Serve chips on each plate.
