Super Easy Skillet Lasagna
Garlic Breadsticks and Veggie BlendIngredients
- 4 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- ½ (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- ½ (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain, return to pan, and stir in cream cheese until blended.
- Combine noodles, pasta sauce, and tomato sauce; stir into beef mixture.
- Spoon into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish or a large cast-iron skillet; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (6-count) box frozen garlic breadsticks
- 1 (10.8-oz) pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
- 1 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake desired number of breadsticks according to package directions.
- Cook vegetables according to package directions. Stir in butter. Season with salt to taste. Refrigerate leftovers.
