Super Easy Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 4 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut into small pieces
  • ½ (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • ½ (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain, return to pan, and stir in cream cheese until blended.
  3. Combine noodles, pasta sauce, and tomato sauce; stir into beef mixture.
  4. Spoon into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish or a large cast-iron skillet; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (6-count) box frozen garlic breadsticks
  • 1 (10.8-oz) pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake desired number of breadsticks according to package directions.
  2. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Stir in butter. Season with salt to taste. Refrigerate leftovers.
