Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Hummus and Pita Triangles
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mild wing sauce
- 12 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Place chicken and wing sauce in a greased 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken from cooker; shred with 2 forks, and return to cooker.
- Serve chicken mixture in lettuce leaves with carrots, celery, dressing and extra wing sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds, heated
- 1 (8-oz) carton hummus (any flavor)
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut pita into triangles.
- Serve warmed pita triangles with hummus.
