Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mild wing sauce
  • 12 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Place chicken and wing sauce in a greased 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours or until chicken is done.
  2. Remove chicken from cooker; shred with 2 forks, and return to cooker.
  3. Serve chicken mixture in lettuce leaves with carrots, celery, dressing and extra wing sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pkg pita bread rounds, heated
  • 1 (8-oz) carton hummus (any flavor)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut pita into triangles.
  2. Serve warmed pita triangles with hummus.
