Easy Marinated Chicken

Oven Potato Wedges and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (5-oz) pouch Montreal steak 30 minute marinade

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top bag using the heel of your hand. Arrange in a baking dish; pour marinade over chicken. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, turning chicken once.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Cut into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (15-oz) pkg frozen oven reds potatoes
  • Ketchup
  • 1 lb frozen green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with butter and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt. Cut into bite-size pieces.
