Easy Marinated Chicken
Oven Potato Wedges and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (5-oz) pouch Montreal steak 30 minute marinade
Instructions
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top bag using the heel of your hand. Arrange in a baking dish; pour marinade over chicken. Chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, turning chicken once.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Cut into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz) pkg frozen oven reds potatoes
- Ketchup
- 1 lb frozen green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potatoes according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with butter and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt. Cut into bite-size pieces.
