Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or use 1 Tbsp dried)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add chicken, coating well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto long metal skewers; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken on lightly greased grill grates 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is done, turning once or twice.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- 1 large sweet apple, chopped
- ¼ cup (or more) sweetened dried cranberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli slaw, apple, and cranberries; toss. Add more honey, if desired.
