Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or use 1 Tbsp dried)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add chicken, coating well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto long metal skewers; discard marinade.
  3. Grill chicken on lightly greased grill grates 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is done, turning once or twice.

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • 1 large sweet apple, chopped
  • ¼ cup (or more) sweetened dried cranberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk vinegar, oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, apple, and cranberries; toss. Add more honey, if desired.
