Baked Sweet Ham Sandwiches
Grape SaladIngredients
- 1 (12-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 (16-oz) pkg thinly sliced honey ham
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced provolone cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Keep rolls together and slice horizontally. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over cut sides of rolls.
- Layer with ham and cheese, replace tops, brush with butter, and wrap in foil.
- Bake 15 minutes; remove foil, and serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1¾ lb seedless red grapes
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped pecans, divided
- 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp brown sugar, divided
Side Dish Instructions
- Wash and pat dry grapes; remove grapes from stems.
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Stir in ¼ cup nuts, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
- Fold in 2 tsp brown sugar. Add grapes, and gently stir until covered. Smooth top.
- Top with remaining brown sugar and ¼ cup nuts. Serve chilled.
