Maple-Barbecue Pork Tenderloin
Dijon Green Beans and Red PepperIngredients
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb)
- 1½ Tbsp mesquite seasoning (see Note)
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1½ tsp maple syrup (or use honey)
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Drizzle oil over pork; rub with mesquite seasoning.
- Combine barbecue sauce, syrup, and garlic.
- Grill pork 12 to 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into center reads 145°F, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture during last 4 minutes of cooking.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp grainy Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté green beans and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Toss with mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
