Kimchi Grilled Cheese
Sesame Vegetables
Ingredients
- 12 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups kimchi, drained
- 12 slices bread
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Divide 6 cheese slices and kimchi among 6 bread slices; top with 6 cheese slices and remaining bread slices. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry medley
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables and soy sauce in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Stir in sesame seeds.
