Taco Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 2½ cups water
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (or use any cheese blend)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning, undrained tomatoes, and water; stir to combine. Add spaghetti; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with cheese.
