Taco Spaghetti
Garlic Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10-oz) can mild diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2½ cups water
- 8 oz thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (or use any cheese blend)
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
- Add taco seasoning, undrained tomatoes, and water; stir to combine. Add spaghetti; bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with cheese.
