Chicken Fettuccine
Berry ApplesauceIngredients
- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 (15-oz) jars Alfredo sauce
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Add chicken to hot drippings in skillet; cook over medium-high heat until done.
- Add Alfredo sauce, peas, and reserved pasta water. Cook until thoroughly heated; toss with pasta. Sprinkle with bacon.

- 6 (4-oz) cups strawberry applesauce, chilled

- Serve applesauce on each plate.
