Buffalo Ranch Steak Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb flank steak
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (13.5-oz) pkg Buffalo-Ranch chopped salad kits
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare salads according to package directions in a large bowl; add spinach, and toss.
  4. Divide salads among 6 plates; top with steak.
