Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 (11.6-oz) pkg bacon Caesar salad kits
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Grill chicken on lightly greased grill rack, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare salads according to package directions in a large bowl; add arugula and tomatoes; toss. Divide salads among 6 plates; top with chicken.
