Easy Barbecue Chicken Kabobs
Cheesy Potatoes and Sunflower Crunch Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
