Mushroom-and-Gravy-Smothered Meatballs
Steamed Rice and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- ½ (2.2-oz) pkg beefy onion soup mix
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1¾ cups water
- 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen beef meatballs, thawed
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
- Add soup mix, soup, water, and meatballs; cook until meatballs are thoroughly heated and gravy is thickened. Serve over rice.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
