Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 6 slices center cut bacon, chopped (or use prosciutto)
- 4 peaches, sliced
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup pesto
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled goat cheese
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Let dough stand at room temperature 1 hour or until softened. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; prick dough with a fork. Bake 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Toss peaches with ⅓ cup vinegar. Cook peaches in hot in drippings 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Spread pesto over crust. Top with bacon, peaches, and cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Serve sprinkled with basil .
