Classic Meat Loaf Burgers
Seasoned Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- ½ (6-oz) can tomato paste, divided
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
- 3 leaves green leaf lettuce, shredded (or use iceberg lettuce)
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Stir together beef, 1 Tbsp tomato paste, egg, breadcrumbs, 1 Tbsp mustard, and Worcestershire. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Shape into 2 patties.
- Stir together sugar, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp tomato paste, and 1 Tbsp mustard in a small bowl.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat 5 minutes. Flip patties, and brush with sugar mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
- Top burgers with cheese. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.

- Bake potato wedges according to package directions.
