Sesame Broccoli RiceWine Recommendation

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook crumbles and garlic in a large nonstick skillet 8 minutes.
- Combine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve crumbles mixture over Sesame Broccoli Rice recipe; top with cucumber, carrots, and green onions; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced broccoli
- 1½ tsp dark sesame oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
