Rosemary-Cheddar Burgers

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp freshly grated sharp white Cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 (5.4-oz) fresh ground beef patties
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large red leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine cheese, rosemary, and pepper. Sprinkle burgers with salt.
  2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  3. Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with tomato slices; sprinkle with additional rosemary, if desired.

  • ½ lb Broccolini
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover, and cook 2 minutes or until water is evaporated and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
