Rosemary-Cheddar Burgers
Garlicky Broccolini
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp freshly grated sharp white Cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 (5.4-oz) fresh ground beef patties
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large red leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Combine cheese, rosemary, and pepper. Sprinkle burgers with salt.
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve burgers in lettuce leaves with tomato slices; sprinkle with additional rosemary, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ lb Broccolini
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover, and cook 2 minutes or until water is evaporated and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
