Easy Chicken Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ (15-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (18-oz) jar turkey gravy
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Combine chicken, vegetables, gravy, and thyme in an ovenproof skillet; cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
  3. Meanwhile, heat potatoes in microwave according to package directions; dollop over chicken mixture. Transfer skillet to oven, and broil until potatoes are golden brown.
