Greek Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild caught tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic; toss tuna with 3 Tbsp dressing.
- Arrange lettuce on 4 plates; top with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, cheese, and onion. Season with pepper.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
