Sheet Pan Sticky Chicken and Vegetables
Green Onion RiceIngredients
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry medley
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are browned.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¾ cup long-grain white rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; stir in onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
