Blackened Shrimp
Pineapple-Coconut Rice and Black BeansIngredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp
- ¼ cup blackened seasoning
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Coat shrimp with blackened seasoning.
- Melt butter with oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with lime wedges.

- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable coconut-jasmine rice
- 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 (15-oz) cans black beans
