Pork Chops Sorrento
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (16-oz) bottle creamy Italian dressing
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated garlic mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side.
- Add dressing; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables; cover, and cook 5 minutes or until pork is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, heat potatoes according to package directions. Serve pork and vegetables with potatoes.
