Chicken and Dill Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • 1 (22-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips, thawed
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup lemon vinaigrette
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 6 pita flatbreads
  • 1 (7-oz) carton plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Toss together chicken, cucumber, onion, vinaigrette, and dill in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture over flatbreads, and serve with yogurt.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb seedless red grapes
