Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary

Instructions

  1. Lightly season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook salmon in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Remove from heat; add salad greens, vinegar, and rosemary to skillet. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until greens are wilted.
