Balsamic Salmon
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
Instructions
- Lightly season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook salmon in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done.
- Remove from heat; add salad greens, vinegar, and rosemary to skillet. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until greens are wilted.
