Ingredients
- 1½ lb thin-sliced loin pork chops
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup vegetable oil, divided
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess.
- Cook pork, in batches, in 2 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done; remove from skillet.
- Add broth and lemon juice to skillet; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon over pork chops.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg plain couscous
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¾ tsp salt, divided
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare couscous according to package directions. Add tomatoes, feta, and ½ tsp salt; toss.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
