Greek Pork Chops

Lemon-Dill Rice Salad and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 (1-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (16-oz) container tzazitki sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Serve with tzazitki sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain and brown rice
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Toss together rice, tomatoes, cheese, dill, lemon juice, and oil in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat green beans according to package directions.
