Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups gluten-free teriyaki sauce
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.
