Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups gluten-free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until broccoli is tender. Serve over rice.
