Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) wild-caught salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 3 limes, halved
  • ¾ tsp salt, divided
  • 3 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 3 avocados, diced
  • 3 mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Squeeze lime juice over fillets; sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
  2. Grill salmon 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake salmon into a bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine salad greens, avocado, mango, and onion; gently toss.
  4. Whisk together oil, vinegar and ½ tsp salt; drizzle over salad. Top with flaked salmon.
