Ravioli and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen California-style vegetables, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- 1 (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add vegetables and garlic. Cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Add broth; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Divide ravioli among 6 plates; spoon vegetable mixture over ravioli.
