Crispy Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 lb boneless pork loin chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together breadcrumbs and cheese in a shallow dish. Pour dressing in a separate dish.
  2. Dip chops in dressing to coat, letting excess drip off; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

  • 1 (9.6-oz) box angel hair pasta with herbs
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen green peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions. Toss with butter; season with salt and pepper to taste.
