Crispy Ranch Pork Chops
Cheesy Pasta and Buttery PeasIngredients
- 1 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 lb boneless pork loin chops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together breadcrumbs and cheese in a shallow dish. Pour dressing in a separate dish.
- Dip chops in dressing to coat, letting excess drip off; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
