Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 3 lb boneless Boston butt pork roast
- 1½ cups cola soft drink
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ½ (12-count) pkg slider buns (or use hamburger buns)
Instructions
- Place onion slices in a 4-to 6-quart slow cooker; top with roast, cola, and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until pork roast is very tender.
- Shred pork with 2 forks in cooker. Serve desired amount of pork on slider buns with additional barbecue sauce or ketchup. Discard onion, if desired.
- Cool, label, and seal remaining barbecue pork in a zip-top freezer bag. Freeze for another meal.

- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen seasoned curly fries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries (or use small strawberries, halved)
- 4 bamboo skewers
- Mini marshmallows (or use regular marshmallows)
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake desired amount of fries according to package directions. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
- Rinse berries; pat dry. Alternately thread blueberries, mini marshmallows, and raspberries on each skewer.
