Sausage and Brussels Sprouts Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated 4-cheese ravioli
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
  • ½ lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beginning to brown.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts, and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Divide ravioli among 2 shallow bowls; top with sausage mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
