Sausage and Brussels Sprouts Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated 4-cheese ravioli
- ½ (16-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
- ½ lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beginning to brown.
- Add Brussels sprouts, and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Divide ravioli among 2 shallow bowls; top with sausage mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
