Grilled Barbecue-Citrus Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 6 (4-oz) boneless center-cut pork loin chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, and orange zest; brush evenly over pork.
  2. Lightly coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill pork chops, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  • 1½ cups quinoa
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions; toss with cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
