Grilled Barbecue-Citrus Pork Chops
Cilantro-Lime Quinoa
Ingredients
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 6 (4-oz) boneless center-cut pork loin chops
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, and orange zest; brush evenly over pork.
- Lightly coat grill rack with cooking spray. Grill pork chops, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
