Ingredients
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use cod)
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 1 (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce (or ketchup)
Instructions
- Place panko in a shallow bowl. Place mayonnaise in another shallow bowl.
- Season fish lightly with salt and pepper. Dip in mayonnaise; dredge in panko, pressing gently to adhere.
- Cook fish, in 2 batches, in 2 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce or ketchup.
