Cajun Sausage Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 6 oz fettuccine
  • ½ (14-oz) pkg Cajun smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (14-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1½ tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in Alfredo sauce, tomatoes, and seasoning; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted; toss with hot cooked pasta.
