Cajun Sausage Alfredo

Ingredients
- 6 oz fettuccine
- ½ (14-oz) pkg Cajun smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (14-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1½ tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in Alfredo sauce, tomatoes, and seasoning; cook 5 minutes.
- Gradually stir in spinach until wilted; toss with hot cooked pasta.
