Ingredients
- 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices center cut bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Cut bacon in half.
- Cook garlic in hot drippings in skillet 1 minute or until fragrant. Combine garlic and mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise mixture on buns. Serve patties on buns with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.

- 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ⅓ cup lemon vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
