Ingredients

  • 4 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Cut bacon in half.
  3. Cook garlic in hot drippings in skillet 1 minute or until fragrant. Combine garlic and mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise mixture on buns. Serve patties on buns with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ⅓ cup lemon vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
